I had a great experience living at Kona Kai. The apartment was quiet and cozy, just what I needed for a peaceful home environment. I especially loved the wonderful pueblo view—it made every day feel a bit more special. The site manager, Laura, was always professional, friendly, and helpful. I just moved out of the Kona Kai apartments after living there a year. It was an awesome place to live. The management team took great care of the facility. The tenants were very respectful. Then a new management team took over and the place went down hill. They seemed to have lowered the standards the requirements to live there! Dogs are all over the place, leaving their droppings everywhere. One apartments you walk by smells like dog pee and poop! Plants are being trampled over! Nice place since 1972, poor office management since November 1, 2025. This all began at the end of 1997, early 1998 when my step grandfather lived at the Kona Kai Apartments. I can't recall the 2 units he's lived in, but I sure knew I really liked it there, it was quiet, peaceful and beautiful in both the complex and units. Living at Kona Kai Apartments has been an amazing experience. The property is quiet, clean, and well-maintained, which is something I really value. The community has a relaxing, almost resort-style feel, and the indoor pool is a huge bonus. It’s one of those features you don’t realize you’ll love until you have it especially in the winter. I love living here at Kona Kai. Its so beautiful just to walk through. Also, I feel very safe here. Ive found management to be very helpful, and the whole area is kept up very well, we're also well informed of things takimg place. The pool is wonderful all year round, and there are many more amenities. Ive lived here over a year and i truly love living here.
