I had a great experience living at Kona Kai. The apartment was quiet and cozy, just what I needed for a peaceful home environment. I especially loved the wonderful pueblo view—it made every day feel a bit more special. The site manager, Laura, was always professional, friendly, and helpful. She truly made the community feel welcoming. Maintenance was also excellent—every issue I had was fixed quickly and efficiently, which really made a difference. Very nasty only lived here a year dealt with nasty neighbors leaving there trash all over the place having loud partys at the pool smoking in the units so my unit always smelt like cigarettes and worst of all this whole place is infested with cockroaches huge ones tiny ones which you know are the worst I would find eggs underneath my kitchen sink tons of them and I know there in the whole place because there in the laundry room there in the swimming pool and management is very greedy I moved out when my lease was up so I was... read more

Wonderful place! Nice people managing, nice security staff. The pool was wonderful, whole complex was always clean, price was great, good parking. The complex was very quiet and peaceful.

(Not a paid nor incentivized review. Was/Am awaiting return of deposit-determining factor for how much detail would be included. Previous 4 (almost 5 year resident-moved out in 2025) The CONS outweighed the PRO(s): (Pro): Current /New Management is more professional than original Management & Maintenance. While the original Management was more personable, new/current Team is more matter of fact or textbook. I moved into my unit just as current/new Management took over. My kids are really excited for the brand new playground they are building and they love the rainbow lights in the swimming pool. Management keeps the complex very clean. I'd recommend to family and friends!
