Have a backbone controller device with a busted left joystick. They promptly took the device and assessed its condition and said they should be able to fix the device if the parts are available. Said it would be in the 70 to 100 dollar range. Its a little much but the device itself is worth 200 brand new so I said it would be worth fixing instead of trying to buy a new ine or fix myself since they are the pros!! Tim and the Komputer Zone/Bull City Mobile Repair team were amazing. While getting a PC Tuneup at a Big Box Store, my harddrive crashed and I went into panic mode. Tim immediately worked me in and he installed a new solid state harddrive and helped me recover all my files from OneDrive. He also did all my updates for Windows and even checked in with me on Monday to see how everything was going. His customer service is ABOVE and BEYOND and his prices were more than reasonable. I give this place 5 stars!!!! I went to this location just to see if my phone was repairable being that the screen was unresponsive. I went under the impression that my phone just needed to be upgraded and that maybe it was time for a new phone. I have the iPhone 12 Pro Max and all that was wrong was moisture under the display screen. They replaced the screen and everything was back to normal!! They were very fast and respectful!! Very great prices also!! I would recommend them to anyone who needs a phone repair!!!!!
