The team did a fantastic job at diagnosing the problem with my home computer and providing options to fix it. Michael and the team were patient with me and other customers that came in during my visits. Very happy with this team and will use them again.
Have a backbone controller device with a busted left joystick. They promptly took the device and assessed its condition and said they should be able to fix the device if the parts are available. Said it would be in the 70 to 100 dollar range. Its a little much but the device itself is worth 200 brand new so I said it would be worth fixing instead of trying to buy a new ine or fix myself since they are the pros!! Tim and the Komputer Zone/Bull City Mobile Repair team were amazing. While getting a PC Tuneup at a Big Box Store, my harddrive crashed and I went into panic mode. Tim immediately worked me in and he installed a new solid state harddrive and helped me recover all my files from OneDrive. He also did all my updates for Windows and even checked in with me on Monday to see how everything was going. His customer service is ABOVE and BEYOND and his prices were more than reasonable.
