Think twice before using this company. There was no due diligence. No additional charges would have been necessary if they had completed a site visit prior to commencement date. Outrageous charges for any inconvenience - Project Co-ordinator provided a receipt for grinder hire ($47.00) and charged us $500. Also charged us $740.00 for "non refundable unused accommodation " for which for they sent a copy of a booking confirmation (not receipt) which was a quote for $660 $ INCLUDED ACCOMMODATION FOR A CHILD!
