I’ve picked up here a couple machines as a step deck driver and had awesome experiences both times, cool people have a good attitude in the shop. Not sure how the rest of the company operates but the shipping and receiving was good to me

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have to beg for parts. Its insane. We are probably in need of some new equipment in the wood shop, I will not even entertain getting a komo again. I like the machines, but dealing with the people at corporate is a nightmare. I don't know if its incompetence or malice. Just amazing though. Would be zero stars or even negative if I could.
