I wanted to express my dissatisfaction with the service. This has been the worst experience I’ve had in my 12 years of shipping. Priscilla Dweh, who is supposedly responsible for this shipment, has been unresponsive and provided only one-word answers. The company initially offers cheap rates and then changes them at the last minute. This company appears to be a scam. Be aware.
