He listens to you, talks to you and is very pleasant. Very happy with him
First impression and visit went well. From check in to seeing Dr. Lai was pretty quick, found Dr. Lai to be very friendly and easy to talk to. While Dr. Lai does answer questions she listens even better, asks a lot of questions gathering information. I was looking for a new doctor because I was tired of driving down to Rush University and have found one here.
Great Doctor! I have been with her even when she was on Michael Drive. She is my primary care doctor and I am very pleased with her!
She was rushed. She got up 3 times to leave the room. I had to explain I was not done telling her what my issues are. She did not exam me, did not even listen to my chest, breathing or anything. I felt completely disrespected.
Kind, direct and supportive
Switched to Dr Rau in 2017 after my physician told me that he was not accepting my insurance any longer and that he was ready to retire. I should have made this change years earlier as this (younger) doctor recommended several good changes in the medicines and supplements I was taking. I have been coming to Dr Pickett for over 15 yrs. I have had nothing but the best experiences and interactions with her. She listens to my concerns and she is not a 'pill pusher'. She asks questions to get to the root of the problem. She even allows my husband to join the visits and asks questions. I am actually sadden to see so many negative reviews about her.
