Broken lock box. Stopped answering calls when we needed help getting into our apartment due to their faulty equipment. Kenneth is lazy and wouldn't come out to help.
When we raised an issue with the broken lock box (broken 0 key) to their property manager "Kenneth" for a apartment in Brooklyn, he made no attempt to come and help us get the key out. Instead, he told us to lock our apartment from the inside, making it seem like he would come and fix it while we were out. He did not. We were locked out of the apartment for 2 hours trying to get the lock box open. We even tried to message John, who sends out scripted messages prior, during and after your stay to no avail. When I travel, I have high expectations when it comes to accommodations and I can confidently say that Komfy met even my high standards! Apartment was clean, beautifully decorated (very NYC) and in a great location, just as described. I was traveling in for a work engagement and needed an early check in to regroup ahead of my first meeting - they accommodated me no problem and check in was seamless. This will become my go-to for all future trips to town. Thanks, Komfy!
