Husband and wife duo. I have had nothing but problems with my unit since install. Just had someone else come and look at my unit and they told me the outside is a 4 ton while the inside is a 3.5 ton. So the units are mismatched. Both installed by Komfort Zone in 08. A couple of years shop my txv valve went bad, now it's gone out again. New guy told me the one that was installed was for an R10 system, mine is an R22 system. I've had more problems than I can even last with these folks.
