They are very professional and very dependable. I called at 7:30am about my AC unit not cooling all of a sudden. They had someone at my home by 10:30a that morning. Less than 3 hours! He showed up early, and went directly to the unit outside and started checking things out and cleaning it. Then when I got there he went inside and checked the furnace and filters, etc. He even educated me on what he was doing, why he was doing it, and how I could check things in the future to help prevent any problems. Our home AC unit died during the heat wave Aug 2007, temperature inside the house was over 100 at 10PM that night. I called Komfort in the morning at 8AM and a technician was at the house by 1030. Staff on the phone were professional and courteous, and the technician took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with the unit so I could understand and make an informed decision on what to do.
