Ive had two VW's that i have had serviced here, and have never had any disputes or gotten any type of bs from these guys and here is another testament to their awesomeness; I recently went in to have my 80k mile service on my Eos. we ran into a snag where the engine code on my car is an odd ball one (meaning its a rare engine in my car), and it took awhile to get my paperwork and required services pulled up.
