We had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Komar at Texas Children’s Hospital Ophthalmology. We had an appointment for my daughter at 11:00 AM and was driving 2.5 hours to get there. Unfortunately, due to an accident on I-10, we were delayed. I called the office at 10:00 AM—an hour before our appointment—to let them know we would be late, explained the situation, and requested if they could please accommodate us later in the day.
