I rented from them and never had a problem ever I would rent from them again
Avoid avoid avoid. Either the 5 star reviews are paid for or management has had an overhaul of staff in the last year or two. These can't be the same people I am renting from. This management company left me and my 3 year old daughter with a front door that didn't lock for nearly two months. No regard for our safety or security (on a sketchy block no less). Apartment was missing fridge and stove on move in. Extraordinarily dirty despite 5 day cleaning period being built into the lease. Very slow about service requests. They seem to engage in the scummy practice of forcing you to bother them to get your deposit back, although this wasn't 100% consistent for me and my roommates. It took a threat of bringing them to small claims to get my deposit back. Tenants, please don't forget your rights. Rental companies are legally obligated to return your deposit in a timely fashion.
