Very unprofessional and rude. Initially I thought my bad experience from my first visit was due to her having a bad day. I've worked in health care and customer service for 9 yes so I know how this could be. I saw her again a yr later and nothing had changed as far as care and assessment. Her attire was unprofessional as well.
