Dr. Balaney is very patient and she pays attention to her patients health. She goes above and beyond to assist her patients. Thank you guiding me through my health challenges for 7 years!
Recently I came down with a Sinus Infection. Mitzi, Dr. Balaney's PA, told me to come in, without an appointment. She told me they would fit me in whenever I got there. I was taken in immediately. Thank you so much!!
Worst experience ever. They took 18 working days to callback with my blood reports. Called and left a voicemail to the nurse, still didnt get a callback. So had to call the front desk to connect me to the nurse for blood results, after 17 working days. My mamogram results came home by mail, but still didnt get a call from them about the results. Had a 3 month follow up appointment, for which I didnt get a reminder call. Will never recommned this service.
I live in Atlanta but drive all the way to Suwanee to see Dr. Balaney. She is the best doctor I've ever had. She listens to my issues and is never dismissive. She is thorough and has a wonderful bedside manner. I actually look forward to seeing her. Her assistant is also very pleasant and she is always available if I have a question or request.
Have been a patient for 10+ years. She is very knowledgeable. However she can be difficult with whom to work as she has a tendency to believe that medical care is a directive as opposed to collaborative care science. I am of the believe that the role of the medical care provider is to present medical options to which it is the patient's role to select his/her own personal care options. I am hoping to work more toward the collaborative approach rather than choose another independent provider.
Have been a patient of Dr Balaney for many years. She is very sweet and knowledgeable. She is excellent at what she does and I feel confident in her decisions. I can count on my concerns been addressed every time. The staff is very pleasant and welcoming. Keep up the great work. Highly recommend Dr Komal Balaney.
She is warm and caring. Very knowledgeable. The best primary care physician I have ever had. I can't imagine anyone giving less than 5 stars.
After long wait time in con.room i.e 42 min, we met with the doctor. (The consulting room was not clean, had to bear the smell) Gave the lab work and took 17 cal days weeks to get back to me for the results that too after a couple of followups. Does not recommend at all.
My visits with DR. Balaney has been one of the best experience I've had with any doctor. She's very kind, caring, and helpful. She knows exactly the issue when I've told her my symptoms. I highly recommend her and your best physician!!!!
