Great product and excellent support. Provided pdf manuals and new cabling for an older rotary without hesitation, and very quick turnaround on cabling. Helped us to get up and running again quickly. The rotary has also been rock solid. Until this encoder + cabling issue, it has not missed a beat in 14 yrs.
