Kolter is the WORST builder I have ever seen. I would rate MINUS 5 stars if I could! I wish I had known how terrible their workmanship was before I bought into a preconstruction project that I now have to live with. The door to my condo is warped almost 2 inches and they claim it is my fault and they won't fix it!! How is it possible that it could be the homeowners fault that the door THEY installed was warped?
