They’re building in locust and couldn’t be bothered to tell any new home owners in the area. Our beautiful open field we look out to everyday surrounding our house will now be cookie cutter homes. Finding this out 4 months after we move in.

We live in their new development at the Hammocks in Port Charlotte. The developer is responsible for HOA until the neighborhood is done building (so for the next 6 years). they’re terrible. 1)My neighbor has email proof that they allowed to build a white fence (which we wanted to do too)for privacy and safety since the houses back a main road, then after my neighbor purchased the home the developer said nevermind you can’t, and they won’t budge. Very unprofessional. They want black see through fences for advertising purposes... read more
