First and foremost a reason this company is getting a one-star is because when my wife and I rented from them they rent it to us in January and by September they were asking us to leave because of text messages that were not sent from my cell phone. Well we’re do I start this “company” that only has 2 reviews has 5 stars how so based off of two reviews so I’m here to shed light on a shady company first off I’d like to say out of probably all their tenants yes ALL I’m most likely the only one that put money into the apartment $700+. Long story short lived with mice and rats I personally caught 10+ mice at the 784 Gaviota ave apartments without any complaints or endless back and forth with their so called manager or management “company” to add insult my apartment wasn’t e... read more
