Louie is top notch!! I highly recommend him. He saved the day! I was preparing for a large party at my home when out of no where everything started to over flow. My guest were due to arrive in 2 hours. I was in a complete panic. I called Kolovani’s and spoke to Louie. His excellent customer service came across immediately. He put my mind at ease and was knocking on my door not even 30 mins later. He was respectful and thorough even in my tight time constraints. I would definitely get Louie again in the future! At 3 o'clock Saturday afternoon I realized I had a tub and vanity drain both clogged, so I called Kolovani Drains & Plumbing and Louie was there in half an hour and got the problem fixed in a hurry!
Terrible dude. Sounded completely annoyed with the fact I even called him. Was totally unfriendly. Id recommend literally anyone but this guy.
Had a fabulous experience with him replacing our toilet ...on a weekend, none the less. He was personable, professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs. Thanks again. Super satisfied!
