Matt Kilgas helped us purchase our first Toyota. Matt went above and beyond to help us in the car buying process. My husband and I visited Kolosso today because we have been looking for a car for a couple months. We have decided we wanted a used Prius and there were some here that we wanted to look at. From the beginning the salesman we dealt with was not interested in the fact that we wanted a used car and not a new one. I was relocated to Appleton twelve years ago and have have more than a few bad experiences with auto service centers. I finally went to Kolosso expecting the same service and found to my suprise, a great manager who expected nothing less from his employees. Imagine how suprised I was and how pleased I still am.
Went to kolosso to look for a used car for our daughter. Vicki was our sales person (who was the greatest ever). We found a 2006 Toyota Corolla in great shape. It was Toyota Certified with a warranty up to 100,000 miles. Vicki got us a great deal along with a 3.9% interest rate. Now our daughter is set for many miles of worry free driving. Thank you Kolosso and thank you Vicki what a class act.
I am unsure how to explain that they did not diagnose the problem. I have a 99 toyota corolla which they stated needed an 02 sensor ($220.00). What they did not tell me is my carburetor was cracked and leaking oil. Two days later I was stranded in Milwaukee, as the carburetor had no compression. I had to ride greyhound back to appleton. I am unsatisfied. The service area was top notch and they get you in and out relatively quickly.
