Went in for death wobble on Wrangler.They said it was ball joints/steering damper.NO, it was front shocks. Thank God I had a check in my spirit that that wasn't it.If I would have believed his lies, I would have had the ball joints replaced (didn't need) then I would have still had the shock problem. Never again. Liars trying to take advantage. Can't believe they can by law get away with complete lies.
Horrible sales and finance team. Would not recommend dealing with ****** or ***. Inquired about a buy out on a lease in the middle of May and what all my options were. ****** gave me the numbers on a new vehicle. I test drove it. He asked if he should write it up. I said yes. He had me sign a bunch of paperwork and even told me he had someone putting gas in the vehicle and he was going to get me out of there with the vehicle that same night. Worked with a guy named Andy W****. I did a pre-qualificaton application for a loan, and was approved for X amount. Obviously i was aware that i would have negative equity and went with a vehicle choice that would basically cap me out at the loan amount with my carry over but get me what i preferred. Spoke with him via text a few times during the day and he told me that his manager said "it would not work, we need X amount down".
