Poor quality. Not one but TWO duds. Look cool, specs seem great, product and service is terrible IF you get service at all. Gave it a try, bought one. Was great for a month, then the check engine light came on. Bike ran but obviously something was wrong. Narrowed it down to a faulty battery. Got a replacement. Bike ran normal from what I could tell but the check engine light would not go away. Took it back to get serviced. I paid the get bike back to my house. The product is trash. Customer service was somewhat fine for the first couple weeks but there were issues even in the beginning. I decided to give it/them a chance anyways and barely a year with the bike and it won’t even run anymore. Messaged the company about the issue and would not get a reply back. Save your money and avoid kollter brand and this company that sells them.
Love the bike. Love the price. The customer is top notch. Parts are always available if I need them. And best of all it costs me a dollar at the most to fill up my batteries. Best purchase I've made in awhile. Thanks kollter.
