The product is trash. Customer service was somewhat fine for the first couple weeks but there were issues even in the beginning. I decided to give it/them a chance anyways and barely a year with the bike and it won’t even run anymore. Messaged the company about the issue and would not get a reply back. Save your money and avoid kollter brand and this company that sells them.
Love the bike. Love the price. The customer is top notch. Parts are always available if I need them. And best of all it costs me a dollar at the most to fill up my batteries. Best purchase I've made in awhile. Thanks kollter.
