I was sent to this authorized dealer from Toro directly. Made an appointment to bring machine in on Monday, 07/20/2015, apparently it was to much to ask when it might be done- The owner, indicated that there are a lot of machines in the yard that are more important. They will get to mine when they can... mine isn't important???
