After 14 years he's was one of the best persons I have ever known. He really cares and does what he feels is in your best interest even though sometimes I haven't agreed with the approach. 5 Stars without doubt because he makes more effort to understand patients and there issues which is one reason why he does not work with insurance companies anymore He got tired of insurance companies dictating how long he could see patients because they did note want to pay for it. I really like Dr. Koller. I have been seeing him for the past several years. He is super knowledgeable, thorough and has a very calming style. I won't see anyone else but him!

I apologize to Dr. Koller as this review does not reflect on his abilities but rather on his receptionist. I called at after 5:30 on a Monday hoping to make an appointment, and the receptionist answered the phone with a curt "Who are you?" Throughout the entire conversation she was rude and condescending. I found myself wondering why the doctor would ask someone so unmannerly to attend phone calls in a mental health clinic, of all places.
