I recently visited Napa and was fortunate to visit the Kollar Chocolates store in Yountsville. I bought a box of chocolates consisting of vanilla rum, dark chocolate sea salt, and almond praline. They are truly the best chocolates I have ever tasted. It would be hard to pick a favorite - they were all great. I will definitely make this store a priority on my next visit to Napa.
I made one of my many visits per week for some gelato and chocolate and discovered they had made some beautiful Ecuador milk and dark truffles with half the proceeds going to quake relief...and everything used in the making was sourced from Ecuador...Kollar is the BEST!!!
Best chocolates ever!!!!! The sunflower praline was out of this world!!!!
Had EXTREMELY high expectations for the new pb&j bars. Well done guys! Omg, so good.
