VERY rude orthodontist. Didn't listen to me or respect me as a customer. Extremely poor manners as a professional on many different levels. Acted very careless & like he could care less. Didn't treat me as a patient should be in ANY WAY one bit. To make a long story short on this, Had " VERY URGENT " needs that needed to be addressed badly & Dr. Kole-James " DID NOT " take care of these urgent needs at all.
