Dr. Kolbert is always very pleasant and responsive to my questions and concerns. She is quick to make referrals to specialists when needed to address my health conditions.
I had an ear infection. Her office refused to schedule an appointment for me to go in. I was told to go to the er or urgent care. I can’t afford that. I missed two days of work and needed a doctors note. My doctor, Dr. Kolbert, refused to see me. I lost my job because of this. Does she not understand the high cost of an er or urgent care. My doctor should be able to see me for something as simple as an ear infection.
Dr. Kolbert is very attentive to your concerns. She takes her time answering your questions and her explanations are thorough. She promptly gets back to you when you leave a message on the portal. Her office staff are caring and cheerful. I highly recommend her.
