I wouldn’t recommend working with this person. They were tailgating us and driving aggressively. Once it was safe for us to move over we saw the company name. They don’t even use their turn signals. If they act like this on the road and disrespect people by compromising their safety, then I can’t imagine supporting their business.
Despite contacting the Somerset MA location multiple times, there was no follow through on the sales rep getting a window quote for an entire project.
Levi Huls Called us to transload windows from damaged trailer to new trailer after accident we gave the pricing for transload he agreed it after completing the job he didn’t want to pay and kept asking me to lover the price even though the price have been giving before even touching product Anyways after completing he just left us bad review and now keep ignoring our calls and text I Would not recommend to work with him
Kolbe has lost my business. My original windows were Kolbe. The showroom refused to give me a quote on replacing 15 complete units. Corp didnt care enough to motivate staff to do what they are in business to do. Quote and sell windows. I was disgusted that 5 people at the showroom refused to talk and provide a quote. Eventually a mgr gave us a quote but with attitude and a comment of underlying refusal to sell us windows. Corp didn't take my calls of this with care and concern.
