Kolbe has lost my business. My original windows were Kolbe. The showroom refused to give me a quote on replacing 15 complete units. Corp didnt care enough to motivate staff to do what they are in business to do. Quote and sell windows. I was disgusted that 5 people at the showroom refused to talk and provide a quote. Eventually a mgr gave us a quote but with attitude and a comment of underlying refusal to sell us windows. Corp didn't take my calls of this with care and concern. 9/18/25 the gas station signs all say open but the entrance door was locked. Saw a blonde/light haired lady sitting inside so we knocked, she pretended not to hear or see us. Pretty rude.
We had six Kolbe VistaLuxe WD exterior doors installed into our new build home in 2022 (in addition to all windows in the home). The locks have failed on THREE of the six doors making them impossible to open until serviced. The most recent issue has left the door completely stuck shut; we contacted the installer, who made the Kolbe representative aware 16 days ago. We have not heard a word from Kolbe.
