The doctors at this place have been very wonderful. However, I have recently had a bad experience with the office staff. The office staff met me with sarcasm when inquiring about a referral. The woman was trying to make it seem like the doctor wouldn’t give me a referral. I called multiple times to ask for an authorization on a broken bone the office had it since 10am and the office manager said she couldn’t do anything for me.
With two instances in one week, I was pleased with how they treated my grandchildren. The first instance was after taking my granddaughter to the hospital on Tuesday evening for a fall, Kolbe Medical called to see if she needed to come in on Wednesday for a follow up The second instance was when my grandson woke up with chest pains and a sore throat. I called the office and he got in the same day. They are very thorough and encourage education With regards to the symptoms and prognosis.
When I went a decade with a PCP and office I never felt comfortable with (was always nervous to switch to another poorly run office) and then finally came here, night and day difference! I'm very grateful for all of them, easing my anxiety of switching, opening up, being able to have confidence in health care again. Good healthcare is not the easiest to find and this is the place to get it! Super comfortable from the first visit and so friendly.
