I have LOVED this book! Some of the concepts I had experienced but could not articulate. Others gave me big a-ha moments as it explains so much about life, work, marriage, kids. Definitely a must have for any business owner’s toolkit, or anyone who helps people find the right role. I would put it up there with the DISC (and Enneagram) as being an integral part of hiring process.
Kolbe has helped me recognize that my adaptability is an asset and not a liability - and my nutty professor ways of brain storming and problem solving are a great manifestation of all my striving modes at work at work at the same time ...
