RecommendedI have LOVED this book! Some of the concepts I had experienced but could not articulate. Others gave me big a-ha moments as it explains so much about life, work, marriage, kids. Definitely a must have for any business owner’s toolkit, or anyone who helps people find the right role. I would put it up there with the DISC (and Enneagram) as being an integral part of hiring process.
