Great storage location. The owners are friendly and always helpful. Updating our review 11/07/25. We have had a great experience with Carey and Nate at Kolb Road Storage. When my wife and I moved from Indianapolis, IN to Tucson we didn't have enough space for everything that moved with us when we moved to Tucson after selling out home in indianapolis. Very friendly and very helpful. You get exactly what you pay for. Pretty straight forward. Excellent customer service is just an extremely welcome and appreciated bonus.
Had our stuff here for around 3 years. Everyone was very nice. Also understanding & communicative if we were late on a payment. Overall satisfied with customer service & our experience.
I am sure that all the reviews are written by the manager's friends. The place is old and dated. They had a mice infestation and they did nothing about it. The air conditioning does not work well and the manager is absolutely lazy, he just plays games on the computer all day and sits pretty in his office. The units are overpriced and the business has incovenient office hours, they always have a excuse not to open the facility because there is no electronic gate and if you are not careful, they will over charge you for someth... read more
