Very friendly and very helpful. You get exactly what you pay for. Pretty straight forward. Excellent customer service is just an extremely welcome and appreciated bonus.
Had our stuff here for around 3 years. Everyone was very nice. Also understanding & communicative if we were late on a payment. Overall satisfied with customer service & our experience.
I am sure that all the reviews are written by the manager's friends. The place is old and dated. They had a mice infestation and they did nothing about it. The air conditioning does not work well and the manager is absolutely lazy, he just plays games on the computer all day and sits pretty in his office. The units are overpriced and the business has incovenient office hours, they always have a excuse not to open the facility because there is no electronic gate and if you are not careful, they will over charge you for someth... read more

I am a solo female and worry about storage places being safe BUT I have used this storage place for the last three years while I am teaching in California. It’s AMAZING!!!!!!! love the people who run it. Super super super safr and comfort anle and clean and have purchased annually for 12 months ahead of time because i trust them to take care of my precious items well!!!!! Thank you so much for all you do, and the reasonable pricing !!
