Kolb Mechanical installed a new heating system in my home. A problem popped up and they quickly dispatched repair people. A part needed to be ordered and they offered space heaters until it arrived. Great, responsive service. I would highly recommend them and their excellent customer service.
Just had a central AC system installed by Kolb and couldn’t be more pleased. The technicians were courteous and extremely hard working (never complaining while working during a heat wave), and they left my home neater than when they came. Excellent customer service!
Kudos to the whole Kolb team for stepping up to solve my AC woes in the heat of July! Within 24 hours they had diagnosed, sourced materials, and between Michael's management and Oscar's technical skills, made my AC fully functional once again. Both worked late in the day to make sure the job was done and called me with the good news. I highly recommend Team Kolb!
