A gentleman named Keven was my technician and did a wonderful job. When I was worried that it wasn't going to be done quickly and that the temperature was rising and I had no power I called the support number and was immediately reassured after a dispatch woman patch through and contacted my technician who checked on the status as they were only waiting for an inspection of the work they've been performed. I've used Kolb Electric for years in my real estate practice. They've always been responsive and professional. I've had them do large and small jobs and have always had a good result.

Had agreed for Kolb to come out and do an estimate on my basement project, to bid on electrical work. Agreed to a 10am-2pm arrival time. 2:08pm, I call them and ask is anyone coming? No phone to say I'm late or status update. I have to call them. She confirmed I was on schedule. Asks if they can come another day. NOPE... I'm done. Thanks
