Kolb Construction handled a seismic retrofit of my home and helped navigate the California Brace & Bolt rebate program. Gabby was very responsive and helpful throughout the process, ensuring the work was done quickly and thoroughly and my paperwork was processed through the steps of permitting, approval and rebate fully.

They were thorough and helped us understand the entire procedure even before starting. Kolb Construction performed Earthquake Brace and Bolt (EBB) work for me. This is a program that provides grants for this work, but many steps had to be done with deadlines. Contractors have to be chosen from a list, and Kolb was the only one in my area that even responded to my request for an estimate. But Paul was nice and knowledgeable about the process, and the estimate seemed reasonable, so I went with them with only one estimate.
