I used Kolb Construction as my contractor for California Earthquake Brace and Bolt Program. They were very knowledgeable and helped me through the process with detailed information and fast response time by email as well as in person meetings. Both the permit and the inspection afterwards were approved by the city on the first try. I would recommend them to anybody for contracting needs.

Kolb Construction handled a seismic retrofit of my home and helped navigate the California Brace & Bolt rebate program. Gabby was very responsive and helpful throughout the process, ensuring the work was done quickly and thoroughly and my paperwork was processed through the steps of permitting, approval and rebate fully.

Responsive , friendly and experienced contractor whose team did a thorough job with earthquake brace and bolting on our hillside home. Gabby from Admin was very helpful guiding us thru the whole project and assisting in the steps to obtain the FEMA funded EBB grant. thank you!

Kolb Construction did an excellent job retrofitting my crawl space as per Earthquake Brace and Bold (EBB) specification. They were thorough and helped us understand the entire procedure even before starting. Especially Ms. Gabby was there as our contact point at Kolb and took care of EBB instructions to see the project complete. We give them 5 star rating. Thanks Kolb and Gabby.
