Kolas is awesome. The employees are relatable, knowledgeable and very helpful in helping find the right thing for me
Kolas on *********** ***** so bad! You order online and have to wait 5-6 hours for a delivery! Called over and over and Got told they are a call center, was told I have to wait a few days for a manager call back! How is that okay to wait?! Customer reps named ***** and ********* are not helpful in the slightest! They are under **** who clearly isnt good at her job neither! No one is helpful. Kolas website has false advertisement! Even doing a so called express order in store its still a wait! They are a joke to say the least... read more
