Omar was a pleasure to deal with! Very helpful in picking out the exact product and incredible support working with install. As a contractor this was my first time using Kolani so note: if you buy anything they are no way the cheapest and if you decide you don’t like the look or the colour unlike the big box stores they will charge a 25% restocking fee. Unfortunately I will not be returning for that reason only. Turns out the taps are now the most expensive part of this complete bathroom renovation.
Came in to buy a bathtub faucet and sink faucet. This is my second time in the store and both times they remained at the desk and barely managed a greeting of ‘hi’. I walked around to see if they had the fixtures I required and the gentleman there walked past me twice and neither time asked if I needed assistance. On principle I chose to leave the store and decided to buy someplace else.
