I have purchased many items from Kolani for two bathroom renovations, however this review is regarding a very quick and easy process of replacing a part of my tub filler hand held shower from RIOBEL. Omar at Kolani in Barrie put in the request for a replacement piece same day I came into the store. I received the replacement parts at no charge in three days. I am very pleased with how the situation was resolved and I always am very happy with the service at Kolani. Thank you Omar. K Reid
