Omar was a pleasure to deal with! Very helpful in picking out the exact product and incredible support working with install. As a contractor this was my first time using Kolani so note: if you buy anything they are no way the cheapest and if you decide you don’t like the look or the colour unlike the big box stores they will charge a 25% restocking fee. Unfortunately I will not be returning for that reason only. Turns out the taps are now the most expensive part of this complete bathroom renovation.
Came in to buy a bathtub faucet and sink faucet. This is my second time in the store and both times they remained at the desk and barely managed a greeting of ‘hi’. I walked around to see if they had the fixtures I required and the gentleman there walked past me twice and neither time asked if I needed assistance. On principle I chose to leave the store and decided to buy someplace else.
As a bathroom renovator, I have had the opportunity to work many times with Kolani Barrie and Omar! I can highly recommend their high quality products such as Virta vanity, Brizo, Riobel and Baril shower systems and faucets and Zitta shower doors. Their selection and display showroom is expansive with something for every style and room and Omar will be happy to help you navigate to find exactly what you want! You won’t be disappointed!
I shop at the HWY 50 store the majority but was on my way to Barrie and remembered that there is a location in Barrie and also needing a part for my Toto toilet that I purchased 10 + years ago from Kolani. Never been in this location. But I met a man name Omar! Was very welcoming and friendly offering me a coffee as well! Got my part and envited to visit anytime just to say hello and have a coffee. This made the day most better! Thanks.
Completely professional service start to finish. In our case, it turns out we ordered a fairly hard to get sink which, late in the build, looked like it was going to hold up project completion over the Christmas break. Kolani scrambled and sourced the missing sink a differrent way, had it on site next day. Very impressive response.
