The traditional fruit kolache are my favorite in Texas. Reminds me of how my Czech family makes them! Always worth a stop when I drive through Ennis.

If you happen to be in the area it is a must to stop and get some, lots of variety, very tasty and reasonable price.
These seem to be very highly overrated by locals.. I'm not sure why but they mostly are not good. They have a ham and cheese kolache that is pretty good. The breakfast burrito was ok but it was so dry I could barely swallow, desperately needed a good sauce. I'm usually disappointed.
