I placed an order online and never got a shipping confirmation, weeks went by and I didn't see the package, I've emailed them multiple times, left them voicemails, and then many things to reach out to have my order sent or refunded. It is been a few weeks and they are completely ghosting. Me, spent a bunch of money on CBD, and they never sent the product out and I'm having awful customer service with them. Don't buy from these fools, they will take your money

I am currently having the worst customer service experience ever with this company. Months have gone by without my incorrect order being fixed. I ordered a 220 dollar 100 gram distillate package and recieved an 80 dollar pack of isolate. I spoke more than once with Sean. I belive he is or was the owner.
