I had to cancel my apartment booked through **** due to COVID-19. NOT VOLUNTARILY AT ALL as it says all **** and *** ***'s are currently closed as those are non essential businesses. So even if i wanted to still travel there, i couldn't because i wouldn't have a place to stay. They still charged me $150 cancelation fee. How is that even possible if they can't even rent out their property right now? I was simply pointed to the contract which says clearly that there is a cancelation fee.
