I wish I could rate this place zero stars. HIGHLY unprofessional and nasty. This was my first and last time coming to this place. I went in for a service (small butt-length knotless braids) at 9am. They didn't start on my head until 9:30am and they didn't finish my hair until 7:20pm. There was 2-4 people braiding my hair the entire time so there's no reason why I should have been in there for 10 hours. They told me my service was $315 at the door. Very unprofessional to customers and rude will not give money back when incorrect services are rendered also the place is filthy there is hair all over the floor also they have rats police has been called multiple times to place of business but no actions have been taking they dont have a business license it would be nice if the health department could inspect it also the stylists do live there at the shop. Please send someone out for health concerns

Don't spend your money at the shop they can care less if they mess up your hair Very nasty an none sanitize I'm not sure if the health department goes to that location but it is very disgusting
