Absolutely loved my experience! Great customer service! They offer a lot of different services they also have snacks and water! Hair is provided and no deposit! If you want to purchase any oils, hair, wigs, grease they got it! I cut off my locs about 5 months ago I was bald KoKo hooked me up and did an amazing job on my small box braids! Reasonable prices easy location to find and overall great experience I will be back! ❤️

I went to koks last Friday and I would not recommend nobody to go there to get there hair done it's hot Inside the bathroom is nasty and I showed her a picture on how I wanted my hair nothing like it the back of my neck is irritated red with bumps I will not be going back I specifically asked for kinky twist nothing that matched it they need to shut that place down
