Worst experience, did some boho braids and after a week my braids was loose and tje feed ins was just slipping out. When I went to her about a m little over two weeks and explained to her I would have came sooner but with work and travel it was hard and at this poin6with my hair coming loose and falling out I don't even want her back in my head and she should give me back atleast half my money and we can go out separate way. Good service
I went to Koko's on Feb 23rd for a sew-in and it was a traumatizing experience. The tension was so extreme that while she was working on my crown, my blood pressure dropped and I felt physically sick. I even smelled copper, which was a sign of how much stress my scalp was under. I paid $180 for a service that resulted in a bald patch and significant traction alopecia in my crown area. I catch a lot of tension early, but this was beyond acceptable. Absolutely loved my experience! Great customer service! They offer a lot of different services they also have snacks and water! Hair is provided and no deposit! If you want to purchase any oils, hair, wigs, grease they got it! I cut off my locs about 5 months ago I was bald KoKo hooked me up and did an amazing job on my small box braids! Reasonable prices easy location to find and overall great experience I will be back! ❤️
