Kokoro Judo is great place to learn and practice Judo. There is a real sense of community and everyone from the teachers to fellow students is extremely generous with their time and expertise. I started in my late 40s and found a welcoming community and a lifelong love of judo. I'd encourage anyone, whether you already know judo or are just curious to come check it out.
