Worst experience ever! The staff and the doctor were excellent to take patient's money. We received the lab results the day before, did the research by ourselves which was not at all a critical health problem, and did cancel the appointment with them before talking to Dr. Nguyen. But still, the doctor decided to call us and charge us money anyway. And what she said is exactly the words on the lab results! I'd rate them zero.
Dr. Nguyen has been my family doctor since 2003. She is the best ever. She always treats me in a very professional,caring way. She spends time asking questions about my health since the last visit. She does not rush me through any exam. Genuine in her concerns. Exams are always thorough and helpful. I feel that she has helped keep me alive for the past 17 years.
Worst experience ever. I waited for 1.15 hrs to see the doctor with no blood draws and no explanation of why i am sitting in a room for more than an hour. Staff is horrible. Left without seeing the physician after 1.15 hr waiting. Never going back there.
Worst doctor ever. She ordered a lab test for $750.00 and didn't divulge the cost to me beforehand. The wait time in her office is usually over an hour. Her staff is horrible.

If zero stars was an option, I would give them that. I've been going here for 13 years (my family members also) and have always seen the same doctor. I went in for a women's health examine and they "lost" my results and didn't inform me. After stating they called and left a voicemail, I knew it was a lie. I showed them my phone records and they said I was lying about not receiving notification. You would think that they would have called to have me come in to run more labs, but they didn't. Then
