Respiratory, Sinus and Mental Health I discovered what salt caves (halotherapy) were last year and had gone to one in the city. I had no idea this gem was here in town!! I use the therapy for my breathing, sinus and of course and hour of blissful rest and calm. I often fall asleep while I am there 😂. I have a chronic lung condition and I get sinus infections yearly, when I feel something coming on I proactively head here to the salt caves. Had a 1 hour float and it was super relaxing. Everyone was very friendly and such a beautiful store front. I will be back! Thank you!
Went today for a salt float. First time. Rooms were clean and tidy. The chair that was in the room was broken and I almost wiped out when I sat on it. Other than that the float rooms are very nice. There is soft music playing for the first little while. When you enter the room you shower with soap provided, and then enter tub. They tell you to use the earplugs provided. I forgot and spent 5 minutes back out of the tub in the shower rinsing my ears. When they say use the barrier cream and earplugs provided, they are serious. ... read more
