This place is a SLUM the property management company has horrible reviews for every single one of their properties, the phones are either always down or no one answers, if you leave a message they hardly ever bother to return your call. My apartment is overrun with water roaches and has been since we moved in, they have repeatedly “treated” the issue and it never gets any better and now I’ve been trying to get pest control to service my unit for 3 weeks to no avail, no apology, no reasoning, no accountability. I’ve lived here for almost two years and during that time doing laundry has been nearly impossible and costs way more than it should. The washers and dryers are ancient and constantly breaking. Rather than using the thousands of dollars residents pay to live here they keep “repairing” them, but they work for maybe a month and then break again. Have loved living here, great complex, and Cristine in the office and Omar in maintenance are the best! Great customer service, always. Glad me and my family wound up here in our move to Wickenburg.
Grounds always look nice anytime I visit and office team are so friendly and welcoming.
