Do Not Rent Landlords were decent until our neighbors in the building jipped them out of a couple thousand dollars. They put the debt on the other tenants in the building after sending out letters saying they were going to do this. That is illegal, and very rude. Don't ever rent from them.
Disorganized, poor maintenance, overpriced properties My apartment management was taken over by Kokopelli Ventures when Parkside Properties went under. While the owners were friendly, they were worthless when it came to managing the property. A few examples: 1. Lawn care went weeks without being mowed. Reason given was their 14 year old son had finals. 2. "Snow removal included" lease said. Should have said "Snow included".
