Made a reservation 5/13/22 on uhaul website for a 10x10x8 climate controlled unit with their added (optional) insurance plan beginning 5/25/22. On Saturday 5/21/22 Judy called me asking if I really wanted the unit because everyone that reserved online has never shown up for their reservation.
