I absolutely do not recommend kokopelli. Greedy is an understatement. The prices they charge for rentals is actually insane. They make sure to tell you in the lease that anything and everything you do will cost you but when you open 3 maintenance tickets in the first month they see nothing wrong with that. Also, I placed a ticket for our bathroom sink chipping, it was immediately closed because it was “just cosmetic” but then I was charged to replace the sink bc I put some wash off paint over the eyesore. Dana Russell and her team with Kokopelli were amazing. Our company was donated multiple properties through an estate. There were many twists and turns with each different property (water rights, difficult tenants, orchards to manage, and lots of surprises along the way) and Dana handled each sale with care, professionalism and perseverance. We are so appreciative of all of her efforts and thankful that we chose Kokopelli!
