When looking for a property management company, I selected Kokopelli because of the clarity and transparency of information. Questions were answered and information was provided and explained clearly. A suitable renter was found in a timely manner and ongoing communication keeps us up to date on all related matters. Highly recommended.
I absolutely do not recommend kokopelli. Greedy is an understatement. The prices they charge for rentals is actually insane. They make sure to tell you in the lease that anything and everything you do will cost you but when you open 3 maintenance tickets in the first month they see nothing wrong with that. Also, I placed a ticket for our bathroom sink chipping, it was immediately closed because it was “just cosmetic” but then I was charged to replace the sink bc I put some wash off paint over the eyesore.
