Yikes!!!! Stay Away from Long Term Rental from Kokopelli. You can follow all the rules and they DO NOT. They will use your security deposit to do repairs and clean the yard at your expense. We moved in to this home and for months asked for the yard to be cleaned as it was overgrown with weeds, tree debris, broken branches and when we were finally told they would not do it-we were advised to LEAVE IT LIKE YOU FOUND IT when you move out. kokopelli is a company that only cares about there large properties and the high rollers. The small people don t matter to them. when you walk in there they dont greet you in anyway they give you a key and its all up to you to find the rental and take care of it. they put a posting on craigslist and the property was nt ready till two weeks later, when i asked the lady to see it she was very rude about it, two weeks later i still went to see the property and it was still not ready. I was very dissapointed with them.
