We first discovered Kokonut Costa Mesa while visiting the area for the first time — and instantly fell in love with their original Kokonut pudding! The flavors are so simple yet absolutely delicious, and the fact that it’s vegan-friendly makes it even better. Back on the East Coast, we couldn’t find anything that even comes close, so I recently ordered some for my husband’s birthday.
